Pmp® Ahmed Abdallah

Ahmed Abdallah, PMP®, is a Technical Manager at Vivaticket since December 2018, overseeing technical service operations for the BOS Ticketing system and managing various projects in Abu Dhabi, including the integration of NOL digital systems for B2C and B2B portals. Prior to this role, Ahmed served as a Project Engineer at AL FALAK MIDDLE EAST L.L.C. from May 2011 to December 2018, where responsibilities included managing multi-million dollar projects and providing IT support for parking management systems. Ahmed began the professional journey as a Technical Support Engineer with Alfalak Middle East, focusing on hardware and software troubleshooting. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Information Technology, Computer Science from AlAzhar University, earned between 2003 and 2008.
