Héctor Peña

Héctor Peña has diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Héctor is currently the CEO of VivaWell, a digital start-up focused on providing personalized health prevention and wellness solutions in Mexico and Argentina. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Operations at AXA Partners from 2017 to 2020. Before that, they held multiple positions at Vitamédica, including Director of Customer Service, Director of Administration of Networks and Regional Offices, and Director of Operations. Héctor'sresponsibilities in these roles included overseeing customer service strategies, controlling expenses, managing commercialization and sales, and leading operations at a national level. Héctor also led transformation projects within the company. Héctor's earlier experience includes working as a Project Manager at MetLife, where they focused on improving customer service and implementing service-oriented models, and as the Director of Operations at Autofinanciamiento México, S.A. de C.V., where they improved call center services and stabilized collection processes.

Héctor Peña obtained a Licentiate degree in Sistemas de Computación Administrativa from Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they studied from 1988 to 1993. Héctor later attended IPADE Business School in 2010, where they completed the Programa de Desarrollo Directivo (PDD - IPADE).
