Viviana Maisterra

Viviana Maisterra has a diverse work experience spanning from 2000 to 2021. Viviana is currently the CFO at VivaWell, an innovative health insurance startup operating in Mexico and Argentina. Prior to their current role, Viviana worked as an Independent Business Consultant and Entrepreneur from 2020 to early 2021. Viviana also served as the Business Manager at Vitrium Capital from 2016 to 2020 and as an Investment Manager at Petrinvest from 2015 to 2016. Viviana gained experience in private equity as the Chief Analysis Officer at HUB Partners from 2014 to 2015. Before that, they worked as a Financial Planning Manager at Patagonia Bioenergia S.A. from 2008 to 2014. Their early career includes roles as a Senior Associate at Euro Latin Capital from 2005 to 2008 and as a Senior Analyst at AIG Capital Partners from 2000 to 2005.

Viviana Maisterra completed their Bachelor's degree at Colegio Marianista from 1989 to 1993. Following this, they attended the University of Buenos Aires from 1994 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Financial Planning and Services. Additionally, during their time at the University of Buenos Aires, they also achieved the certification of Certified Public Accountant, specializing in Accounting.
