Frederick Garcia

Frederick Garcia has extensive work experience in financial and healthcare roles. Frederick currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Southeast Behavioral Hospital. Prior to this, Frederick worked as the Assistant Chief Financial Officer at Memorial Medical Center Las Cruces. Frederick also held various positions at HCA Healthcare, including Division Manager of Decision Support Services and Financial Analyst. Frederick's earlier experience includes roles at UT Southwestern Medical Center, MileStone Healthcare, Citi, Texas HHSC Office of Inspector General, and the US Navy. Throughout their career, Frederick has demonstrated expertise in financial management, auditing, and regulatory affairs.

Frederick Garcia holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Capella University, which they obtained between 2016 and 2017. Frederick also possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of the Incarnate Word, completed from 1994 to 1999. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Certified Inspector General Auditor from the Association of Inspector General in 2013.
