Ben Lee is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment and leadership. As the Founder of Bad Talent since 2022, Ben has also served as a Youth Pastor and Youth Director at VIVE Church since January 2020. Previous recruitment roles include Technical Recruiter at Narvar, Technical Sourcer for Mapbox and Google, and Technical Recruiter at Nutanix, where Ben focused on hiring backend engineers and Technical Program Managers. Earlier career experiences include positions as an Associate Recruiter at Skydio and a Full Desk Recruiter at Premier Talent Partners. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
