Stephanie Yocum

Stephanie Yocum serves as the Chief People Officer at VIVE Collision since 2024, leading HR initiatives for a rapidly growing collision repair provider with operations in seven states and 850 employees. Previously, Stephanie held the role of SVP, Chief People Officer at IFG Companies from 2019 to 2024, where a transformative HR strategy was implemented for one of the largest privately held firms in the U.S. Prior to that, Stephanie was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Numotion from 2013 to 2019. Other notable positions include Senior Manager of Human Resources at ISO New England Inc. and Vice President of Human Resources at M/I Homes, Inc., where strategic organizational design was executed during a market downturn. Stephanie's early career included roles as Director of Human Resources at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company and Director of Organizational Learning & Development at Avient Corporation, along with experience as a Change Management Consultant at Accenture. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Duke University and a Master of Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University.
