James Sharpe is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership development, talent management, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the President & Chief Learning Officer at AmbiFi, Inc. since April 2020, James also contributes as an Advisory Board Member for Viveka, a leading employee experience SaaS platform. Previous roles include Executive Leader at Gagen MacDonald, Executive Director at Northwestern Mutual, and SVP at Korn Ferry, among others. With a strong background in e-learning and talent management from tenure at IBM and a foundation in engineering from Purdue University, complemented by advanced studies at Harvard Business School and the University of Southern California, James has consistently focused on improving human performance and business outcomes.
