Katja Kempe

Katja Kempe is the CEO and Founder of Viveka since January 2017, where the focus is on enhancing employee professional development and well-being through innovative human capital technology. Prior to this, Katja served as the COO for Jones Day in Australia from January 2016 to October 2016, contributing to the operations of a prestigious global law firm. Katja further distinguished herself as the Global Strategy Manager at Herbert Smith Freehills from June 2010 to December 2015, and held consulting positions at Incite Management Group Pty Ltd and Serviceplan Group, along with an analyst role at Infineon Technologies AG Munich.
