Hala Baviere

Hala Baviere is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic planning, finance, business development, and mergers and acquisitions, particularly within the entertainment and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a member of the Executive Committee at Vivendi since June 2022, Hala also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Vivendi Village and has contributed as Chief Operating Officer. In addition, Hala is actively involved in several organizations, including serving as SVP Strategy and M&A at LOVE SUPREME FESTIVAL LIMITED and as a lecturer at Sciences Po. Hala's previous roles include significant positions at The Copyrights Group Ltd., Magic Makers, and Dentsu Aegis Network France, among others. Hala's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Economics from the American University of Beirut and a specialization in Innovation and Leadership from INSEAD.
