Lori Mcmillan is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Viveve. Lori has over twenty years of experience in Human Resources, and has been with Viveve since January 2011. Prior to their current position, Lori served as the Vice President Talent Management/Chief Administrative Officer for The Breakaway Group, Inc. from January 2011 to December 2017. In this role, they were responsible for the post-acquisition integration with Xerox, doubling the workforce, and implementing talent strategies aligned with the new business model. As a key member of the executive team, Lori contributed to the annual playbook, business strategy, and interfaced with the CEOs of the Healthcare Provider Solutions Group.

Before their time with The Breakaway Group, Lori was the Vice President Human Resources for AORN from January 2004 to December 2008. In this role, they provided strategic focus to human capital utilizing technology to grow the organization and increase efficiency, engagement, inclusion, and retention. Lori also had broad operations oversight in collaboration with the CEO and CFO.

From January 1994 to December 2003, Lori was the Human Resources Manager for Evolving Systems. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of human resources for the company.

Lori has a long history of experience in human resources and has been instrumental in growing and developing organizations. Lori is a strategic thinker and an effective leader who is able to work collaboratively with other members of executive teams. Lori is committed to their work and takes a hands-on approach to ensuring that their organizations are successful.

Lori Mcmillan has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Colorado State University.

They are on a team with Sean Shapiro - Vice President of U.S. Sales, Jeff Sinclair - VP of International Sales, and Jim Robbins - VP of Finance & Administration, Principal Accounting & Financial Officer. Lori Mcmillan reports to Scott Durbin, CEO.
