Jose Encarnacion

Jose Encarnacion has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Jose currently works at VIVEX Biologics as the Director of Compliance Engineering, where they lead a team of Quality Assurance and Validation Engineers. Prior to this, they worked at Stryker in various roles, including Associate Quality Assurance Manager, Staff Supplier Quality Engineer, and Senior Supplier Quality Engineer. Jose also has experience at ConvaTec, where they held positions such as Quality Engineering Manager, Manager of Quality Engineering, and Quality System Superintendent. Additionally, they have previous experience at Nypro as a Quality Engineer Jr. and Document Controller. Throughout their career, Jose has demonstrated their expertise in quality engineering, continuous improvement, risk management, change control, and supplier development.

Jose Encarnacion completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Barna Management School, which they attended from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Jose has obtained several certifications. In March 2014, they became a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) from ASQ. In December 2013, they also obtained the Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification from ASQ. In 2020, Jose acquired various certificates, including "Figuring Out Your Next Move," "Cultivating Mental Agility," "Cultivating a Growth Mindset," and "Delivering Results Effectively" from LinkedIn.
