Anand Kayal

Anand Kayal has been working in the IT industry since 1996. Anand began their career as a Software Programmer at Soft-Comp Consultants, where they developed software using Clipper and Foxpro. In 1998, they moved to Agarwal Enterprises, where they were a Recruitment Executive recruiting ERP software professionals for top 5 consulting firms. In 2004, they joined Sitel as a CSP, processing financial transactions for a US automobile company. Anand then moved to Value Consulting in 2008 as an IT Recruiter, followed by Apex-2000 Inc as a Technical Recruiter. In 2010, they joined Matrix Technology Group, Inc as a Sr. ERP Resource Manager and WNS Corporation as a US IT Recruiter. Finally, in 2014, they joined Vivid Edge Corp as a Sr Manager - Global Talent Acquisitions. Anand Kayal has experience in recruiting all levels of IT professionals, specializing in SAP and PeopleSoft (Functional and Technical) positions, as well as Oracle Integration, SOA Upgrades, Oracle Cloud Migration, Oracle Apps (Finance AND Supply Chain), GRC Enterprise Data Management, ServiceNow, Oracle APEX, Oracle SOA, Oracle EBS, Oracle Apps Tech, Tableau, AWS Cloud Engineers, Weblogic Admin, Sitecore and AppDynamics.

Anand Kayal received a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai between 1991 and 1995. Anand then earned a Masters Diploma in Software Engineering - MDSE from Aptech Computer Education between 1995 and 1998.
