Over the years, they worked their way up and held positions such as Service Manager, Operations Manager, and General Manager, where they managed profitable operations and successfully merged multiple businesses. In 2014, they joined Shred-it as a District General Manager, where they were responsible for managing operations and sales across four locations, including during a merger. Currently, they serve as the President of Vivid Impact, leading the company in redefining multi-location marketing for various sectors.
