Dave Smith (Sydney)

Dave Smith is an experienced leader in service delivery and management, currently serving as the Head of Service Delivery at Vivid Property Services since July 2023. Prior to this role, Dave held several significant positions with Assetlink, including General Manager for Australia & New Zealand and NSW, ACT, NT from April 2019 to July 2023. At Alsco Australia, from January 2015 to December 2018, Dave was the General Manager responsible for the Fresh & Clean division, achieving profitability through sustainable growth and effective team leadership. Earlier experience includes serving as Global Vice President of the Industrial Division at SGS from July 2008 to December 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing profitability across 35 countries, and as General Manager for the Industrial Division in Australia.
