Brittany McDougall

Brittany McDougall has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Brittany began their career as an Executive Team Leader Intern at Target, where they gained experience in sales analysis, customer service, and team development. Brittany continued to work at Target as an Executive Team Leader, focusing on improving the Net Promoter Score and collaborating on cross-functional projects. Brittany then transitioned to Paycom as an Implementation Project Manager, working with clients in fintech, credit unions, and research institutes. At Paycom, they created and maintained project timelines, utilized business intelligence to track client data, and drove mobile app usage. Brittany later joined Phase2 as an Associate Product Manager, specializing in digital product development for clients in healthcare and sports broadcasting. In this role, they worked cross-functionally with UX, Design, and Development teams, prioritized product features, and ensured exceptional user experience. Their most recent role was as a Product Manager at Rally Health, where they continued to leverage their product management skills. Currently, they are a Product Manager at Vivid Seats LLC.

Brittany McDougall earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Santa Clara University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Prior to their university education, Brittany completed their high school education at Loyola Academy from 2009 to 2013.
