Jennifer Jones

Jennifer Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jennifer most recently worked as a Product Manager at Vivid Seats in 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Product Manager at MNTN from 2022 to 2023, where they were responsible for overseeing the product roadmap and implementing user security protocols. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Product Manager at FreeWheel, focusing on the delivery and implementation of a platform redesign for Freewheel Advertisers. Earlier in their career, they worked at Strata Marketing, Inc as a Scrum Master and Assistant Project Manager/Product Specialist from 2012 to 2019, where they managed deliverables, acted as a liaison between cross-platform teams, and assisted with product rollouts. Prior to that, they served as a Product Support Specialist, assisting with troubleshooting and training media buyers at the same company. Jennifer also worked as a Project Manager - Account Management at Coyne College and as an Assistant Director of Marketing at Powers/Images Agency. In addition, they held positions at Columbia College Chicago and CBS Studio Center.

Jennifer Jones, CSM, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Composition from Columbia College Chicago from 2002 to 2006.

In terms of additional certifications, Jennifer obtained the CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification from Scrum Alliance in June 2017. Jennifer also obtained several certifications from Pragmatic Institute, including Foundations in November 2020 and PMC Level I and II also in November 2020. Jennifer obtained the Cert Prep: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from LinkedIn in December 2020.
