Izabela Sledz-Barej has extensive experience in finance and administration, currently serving as a Finance Assistant at VIVID since October 2021, where responsibilities include processing invoices, data management, customer assistance, and financial reporting support. Previously, Izabela held the position of Branch Administrator (Maternity Cover) at Belgrade Insulations & Drylining Ltd, offering comprehensive administrative support. Earlier career roles include Senior Meeting and Event Sales Coordinator at Village Hotels and Sales Office Coordinator/Meeting and Event Coordinator at Holiday Inn Portsmouth, with a strong focus on sales, client communication, and event management. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Tourism Promotion Operations from the University of Hotel, Catering and Tourism Management in Warsaw and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the Academy of Physical Education in Biala Podlaska.
