Rosie Shanks

Rosie Shanks has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rosie most recently worked at VividCloud as a Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for overseeing talent acquisition processes. Prior to that, Rosie worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at VividCloud, where they played a key role in the company's digital transformation projects.

Before joining VividCloud, Rosie worked at Turnberry Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they were responsible for full-cycle recruiting of IT consultants and sourcing high-performing candidates for various technology positions. Rosie also worked closely with Fortune 50 clients to meet their technical and non-technical hiring needs.

Prior to Turnberry Solutions, Rosie worked at SolomonEdwards as a Recruitment Specialist. Rosie has also gained experience in the education sector, having served as the Student Government Class of 2018 Representative and participated in the Oaks Leadership Academy at Lafayette College. Additionally, Rosie has experience as an Assistant to the Director of Recreation Services/Associate Dean of Students at Lafayette College.

Earlier in their career, Rosie worked as an Assistant to the Managing Director/Sales Director at Inverlane Marine. Rosie also had a student internship at KPMG.

Rosie Shanks attended Lafayette College from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. During their time at Lafayette College, they also pursued a double minor in Psychology/Sociology & Anthropology. Prior to their college education, Rosie attended Craigholme School for Girls in Glasgow, Scotland from 2000 to 2014. In addition to their academic achievements, Rosie obtained a GB Level 1 Coaching Certification in June 2016.
