Andrew Spott

Andrew Spott has an extensive work experience, beginning with founding Logical Computer Services in 2000 and ASTS Technology in 2002. In 2005, they co-founded SloopyMenus.com, which they sold in 2008. That same year they became the CEO of American Lighting Group, where they built and operated a network of eCommerce websites. In 2012, they joined the Executive Committee and Board Member of Cleveland Jewish Publication Company. In 2014, they founded Lake Erie Partners and became a Board Member of Rising Star Academy. Currently, they are the President & Co-Founder of HR Signal, where they lead three teams: Product, Marketing and Sales.

Andrew Spott obtained a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Bachelors of Science in Entrepreneurship, Fisher College of Business from The Ohio State University between 2004 and 2008.
