Tim Graham MS, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Most recently, they served as the Director of Clinical Program Management at Vividion Therapeutics, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing clinical program management.

Prior to this, Tim worked at Pfizer as an Associate Director of Portfolio and Project Management. Here, they managed the rare disease hematology portfolio within Global Product Development. Tim has extensive experience in drug development and led cross-functional teams to advance multiple pipeline assets.

Before Pfizer, Tim worked at Global Blood Therapeutics as an Associate Director of Program Management. Tim played a key role in directing the advancement of small molecule programs for hematology disorders and facilitated life cycle working groups for label and community expansion.

Tim also held positions at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. as a Senior Program Manager and Senior Scientific Manager in Global Program Management, where they oversaw clinical product development and post-marketing efforts for various therapies. Tim also played a key role in establishing a PMO infrastructure within the Research organization.

Earlier in their career, Tim worked at The Jackson Laboratory as a Project Manager, where they led various projects and managed a team of technical personnel. Tim also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at MD Anderson Cancer Center and The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, conducting research in pediatric neuro-oncology and neurodegenerative diseases, respectively.

Tim holds a Master's degree in a science-related field, an MBA, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Tim has demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills throughout their career.

Tim Graham holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Innovation / Global Business from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they obtained from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Neuroscience from UT MD Anderson Cancer Center UTHealth Houston Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences from 2007 to 2011. Tim completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry from Texas Christian University from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, Tim has obtained various certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute in December 2016.
