Brad Schernecker

Brad Schernecker has over 18 years of experience in human resources and people operations. Currently, they serve as the Director of People Operations at Vividly, where they lead the executive team and is responsible for the people strategy, talent acquisition, and employee experience. Prior to that, Brad worked at Contentful as a Senior People Business Partner, Senior Manager of Global People Operations, and HR Manager and Business Partner. Brad also has experience as a Human Resources Analyst at Unity Technologies and Sitecore. Earlier in their career, Brad worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Beyond and as an Operations Manager at LiveJournal. Brad began their career at Robert Half, where they held various HR contracts focusing on HR operations, analytics, and equal employment opportunities. Brad brings a wealth of experience in all areas of HR and has a strong track record of driving organizational success.

Brad Schernecker has a Bachelor's Degree in Labor & Employment Studies from San Francisco State University. Brad also obtained an Associate's Degree in Social & Behavioral Sciences from City College of San Francisco, as well as another Associate's Degree in Computer Networking & Information Technology: Web Development from the same institution. In addition to their formal education, Brad has obtained certifications in DiSC Behavioral Assessment and Training from Next Concept HR Association (NCHRA), Paralegal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, Situational Leadership: Building Leaders from The Center for Leadership Studies, and sHRBP (Strategic HRBP) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
