Rahul Reddy Anireddy has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Rahul Reddy began their career in 2010 as a Trainee at sunaratech. In 2010, they moved to XIUS as a Business Analyst and worked there until 2013. Following that, they joined TekFriday Processing Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they held multiple roles including Business Analyst, Product Owner, Sales, and Head of Customer Communication. Rahul Reddy worked at TekFriday until 2017 when they joined Vivifi India as the Vice President of Product, Ops, and Customer Acquisition.

Rahul Reddy Anireddy completed their Executive MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) for the years 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2005 to 2009. Their education journey started at Mother Teresa High School where they completed their secondary school education (SSC) from 1999 to 2003.
