Jenny S.

Jenny S. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to the present. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Hotel Employee at Accor for two years. Jenny then moved on to Virgin Active, where they held various roles including Membership Consultant, Senior Sales Consultant, and Sales and Marketing Manager from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, Jenny joined Aldi UK as an Area Manager, responsible for managing multiple stores and overseeing financial planning. Jenny later took on the role of HR Area Manager, focusing on personnel development and recruitment strategies. In 2019, Jenny joined School Lettings Solutions as the Head of Talent and later transitioned to the role of Head of People. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People at Vivify Venues.

Jenny S. has a diverse education history with a focus on human resources development and management. In 2006, they enrolled at The University of Sheffield and completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, graduating with a 2.1 grade in 2009.

Following their undergraduate degree, Jenny pursued further education and training in the field of Human Resources. From 2017 to 2018, they attended ICS Learn and obtained a Level 5 CIPD Diploma in Human Resources Management. In 2019, they enrolled in CIPD Qualifications and completed a Level 7 Award in Resourcing and Talent Management.

In 2020, Jenny attended The Skills Network, where they obtained a Level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems, indicating their interest in mental health education and support. Most recently, in 2022, they completed the TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Equality and Diversity (FO) qualification at Lincoln University College, specializing in Human Resources Development.

Additionally, Jenny holds the certification of CIPD Associate from the CIPD institution, which they obtained in May 2018.
