Olayemi Aboderin-Balogun has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they worked at Firstsource as a Customer Service Representative, where they handled customer calls, provided satisfactory answers to queries, managed customer databases, and collected and reported on customer feedback. Prior to that, they worked at Vivify as a Customer Service Assistant-School Leisure Assistant, ensuring a world-class experience for customers and adhering to health and safety guidelines. Olayemi also worked at Redwood Clinics as an Administrative Officer, performing reception duties and addressing patient queries. They also served as a Client Assistant/Customer Service Officer at Advans Nigeria, welcoming and informing customers, opening accounts, and conducting information meetings. Additionally, Olayemi worked as a Retail Sales Consultant at MINISO Lifestyle Nigeria Limited, where they provided excellent customer service and answered customer inquiries. They gained teaching experience as a Teacher during their service at NYSC, introducing Fishery as a trade subject and organizing practical classes for students. They also worked as an Agriculturist at the Community Based Farming Scheme, cultivating land, planting crops, and keeping farm records. Lastly, Olayemi briefly worked as a Sim Registration Officer at Global Communication Outlet, registering sim cards and informing customers about network offers.

Olayemi Aboderin-Balogun pursued their education from 2009 to 2014 at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta in Nigeria. Olayemi obtained a Bachelor of Agriculture degree, specializing in Horticulture.

In addition to their formal education, Olayemi Aboderin-Balogun has also acquired additional certifications. In May 2020, they completed a program on "Communication and Interpersonal Skills at Work" offered by the University of Leeds and Institute of Coding. Furthermore, they also obtained a certification in "Essential Skills for Your Career Development" from the University of Leeds and Institute of Coding in May 2020.
