Tristen DiTommaso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at VIVIO, a Public Benefit Corporation, since June 2021, Tristen previously held the position of Executive Client Consultant at Cottingham & Butler for over two decades, focusing on strategic planning, budgeting, and compliance. Tristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from North Central College and has earned a Health Insurance Associate Certification (HIA®) from America's Health Insurance Plans.
