Nicholas Odhiambo Okwaro

Nicholas Odhiambo Okwaro is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system administration and support. Currently serving as the Lead IT at VIVO Energy since September 2015, Nicholas has also held the position of Service Desk Analyst at Nation Media Group since June 2014, contributing to the largest independent media organization in East and Central Africa. Previously, Nicholas worked as a System Administrator at Orange Telkom Kenya, where responsibilities included server maintenance and troubleshooting, and as a Support Analyst at Kentech Data. An early career at the Postal Corporation of Kenya focused on computer hardware and software support. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in IT, specializing in Distributed Systems from KCA University and a Diploma in IT from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
