Shaolin Ramdial

Shaolin Ramdial is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Procurement Strategy & Optimisation Manager for the Food Division at Vivo Energy since April 2021. Prior to this role, Shaolin worked as a Supply Chain Consultant at McDonald's South Africa from June 2019 to April 2021, and held various positions at Bidvest Foodservice (South Africa) from September 2013 to May 2019, including National Procurement Category Manager and Senior Buyer. Earlier career experience includes serving as Group Purchasing Officer at The Forum Company from May 2011 to September 2013 and as Food & Beverage Controller and Assistant Food & Beverage Controller at Tsogo Sun from September 2006 to April 2011. Shaolin holds a Bcom in Strategic Supply Management from UNISA, a Management Development Programme certification from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a National Diploma in Food and Beverage Management from the Durban University of Technology.
