Ashley Pollock's work experience includes roles at various companies. In 2022, they joined "20:40," a not-for-profit organization focused on developing the next generation of leaders. At "Vivobarefoot," where they worked from 2021, they served as the Head of LiveBarefoot, leading culture and people with the goal of transforming the organization into a networked one. In 2020, they became a Board Member at the "Made In Hackney Community Cookery School." Prior to that, they held positions at "Ayming" as a Manager - Innovation and an Innovation Consultant. They also worked as a Food Innovation Manager at "Belazu Ingredient Company" and as a Product Development Manager at "Lily's Kitchen Proper Pet Foods." Their experience also includes a role as a Food Product Developer at "NOMU," as well as positions at "Woolworths" and "Cape Herb & Spice" as Product Developers.
Ashley Pollock completed their high school education at Herschel Girls School from 1994 to 2006. Ashley obtained their High School Diploma, and their field of study included English, Afrikaans, Mathematics, Science, Biology, Accounting, and Geography. Following this, they attended Stellenbosch University from 2007 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Food Science (Chemistry).
