From 2008 to 2011, they served as a Business and Office Manager at North Shore Wellness Centre, overseeing complementary health care services and personalized treatment plans. In 2011, Lindsay joined Hatch as a Senior Buyer and Global Procurement Intelligence Lead, working on global challenges and developing innovative ideas. Lindsay then joined Ausenco as a Senior Project Buyer, providing value-added solutions in the minerals & metals, oil & gas, and industrial sectors. Lindsay also worked at lululemon as a Global Procurement Analyst, managing the expansion of international stores. From 2014 to 2020, they served as the Purchasing and Business Development Manager at North Vancouver School District #44, where they focused on procurement operations and community relations.
