Jason Heltzer

Jason Heltzer has a long and varied work experience. Since 2014, they have been the Managing Partner of Origin Ventures, a leading venture capital firm. In 2011, they began teaching the Venture Capital lab class at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Jason has also served as a Board Director for Kodex, Vivrelle, Prisidio, and Tovala, a Board Observer for BlackCart and Atavium, and a Board of Directors for Base CRM (acquired by Zendesk).

Jason Heltzer received their MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2002, where they studied Finance and Entrepreneurship. Jason previously obtained a BS in Computer Science from the University of Michigan in 1996.
