Aaron Mansfield has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Aaron started their career in 2005 at Thomson Local, where they worked as an Outbound Call Centre representative and quickly progressed to a Senior level. In this role, they achieved strict targets and assumed additional responsibilities such as monitoring team members and organizing workloads.

At Thomson Local, Aaron also worked as a Customer Service representative, handling complex queries, resolving complaints, and liaising with various departments to ensure optimal solutions for customers. Aaron was later promoted to Senior Customer Service and served as a support member for colleagues, assisting them with queries and facilitating quick resolutions. Aaron also managed the formal complaints process and negotiated with customers for credits or free advertising.

In 2016, Aaron joined Mighty Deals Ltd as a Customer Service Manager, where they managed the day-to-day operations of the Customer Services team and handled chargebacks. Aaron also oversaw supplier account management to ensure smooth sales processing.

Since 2019, Aaron has been working at Vivup as an Implementation Manager. Their responsibilities include managing and developing the customer services team, creating and maintaining KPIs, collaborating with different functions, and streamlining processes for excellent customer support. Aaron also contributes to departmental developments and is involved in recruiting and developing team members to progress within the company.

Throughout their work experience, Aaron has demonstrated strong customer service skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Aaron Mansfield attended Fernhill School from 1997 to 2002, where they completed their GCSE's. Aaron then attended Farnborough Sixth Form College from 2002 to 2004, earning their A-Levels. Most recently, in 2019 and 2020, Aaron Mansfield studied at Avado and completed the CIPD Human Resources Diploma Level 3.
