Caroline Watson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Caroline started their career in 2003 as a Medical Locum Co-ordinator at Ashford & St Peters NHS Trust, where they were responsible for managing bank doctors and coordinating with agencies for recruitment. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as an HR Manager at Kids for Life. In 2006, they transitioned to the role of a Recruitment Consultant at Pharmaceutical Recruitment. Caroline then moved on to Tinies Childcare, where they served as a Recruitment Manager from 2009 to 2017. At We Work Recruitment Associates Limited, Caroline worked as a Recruitment Manager from 2018 to 2019. From 2020 to 2022, they took on the role of a Workplace Nursery Business Development Manager at My Ohana. In 2022, they joined Work&Life Partners as the Head of Partnerships & Corporate Sales, focusing on supporting employees' well-being and work-life balance. Currently, Caroline holds the position of Senior Category Manager - Work&Life Product at Vivup since 2023, where they continue to promote a healthy and engaged workforce through comprehensive employee support programs.

Caroline Watson attended Cranbrook Grammar School from 1992 to 1997. Here, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Later, from 1998 to 2002, Caroline studied at Sheffield Hallam University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honours (BA Hons) degree in Tourism & Recreation Management.
