Athena Papanicolaou is the Vice President of Client Success at Vivvi. Athena has also served as the General Manager of NYC for CozyKin, an Operations Consultant for Medical Operations for Ro, and as a Co-Founder for Milla & Co.

Papanicolaou has overseen 6.5X market expansion for the second market of a Boston based tech-enabled childcare startup. Athena is responsible for growth, customer acquisition, customer experience, retention, operations and safety. Papanicolaou has also overseen physician recruiting to meet member service level requirements and performed EMR platform training to onboard new physicians. Athena has expanded networks to service all 50 states and driven CSAT scores.
