Roland Kirch

Roland Kirch is the Managing Director at Vivy. Prior to this, they were the Interim Head of Finance at MEDIAN Unternehmensgruppe B.V. & Co. KG from January 2016 to December 2017. MEDIAN is the largest private operator of rehabilitation facilities in Germany, with around 120 rehabilitation clinics, acute hospitals, therapy centers, outpatient departments and reintegration facilities. Roland's areas of responsibility included controlling, group accounting, tax, treasury, and centralized accounting and payroll services for 120 clinics. Roland was also responsible for the integration of AHG (Allgemeine Hospitalgesellschaft Düsseldorf).

Before their time at MEDIAN, Roland was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) at Orga Systems from January 2014 to December 2016. Orga Systems was a software vendor for convergent charging and billing solutions with an international customer base in telecommunications, utilities and automotive markets, active in 16 markets around the globe. Roland's areas of responsibility included finance, controlling, accounting & treasury, HR, risk, quality & process management, information technology and global purchasing as well as M&A. Roland was responsible for the development and implementation of a restructuring process as well as refinancing, reorganization within the preliminary insolvency proceedings as well as M&A auction process (sold to Redknee, Inc.).

Roland Kirch attended the Freie Universität Berlin, where they studied Betriebswirtschaftslehre, and earned their Diplom-Kaufmann / Master of Business Administration. Roland also attended SUNY New Paltz.
