Ellen Frank

Ellen Frank is currently the General Counsel at Vixxo. Ellen has over 25 years of experience in the legal field, with a focus on real estate and zoning.

Ellen started their career at Pep Boys in 1994 as an Assistant Vice President and Supervising Counsel. Ellen then moved to PetSmart in 2007, where they served as Senior Counsel - Real Estate and Zoning. In 2011, Ellen joined Clear Channel Outdoor as Senior Legal Counsel. During their time at Clear Channel, Ellen was responsible for regional operations and real estate counsel for Clear Channel Markets.

In August 2017, Ellen became the Vice President and General Counsel at RED Development, where they were responsible for all legal needs of the company. Ellen remained in this role until November 2020, when they joined Vixxo.

Ellen has a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.

Ellen Frank received a JD cum laude from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a BA in Politcal Science and Ellen'story from the University of Delaware.
