Ellen Frank

Ellen Frank is currently serving as the General Counsel at Vixxo since November 2020, previously holding the position of Vice President and General Counsel at RED Development from August 2017 to November 2020. Ellen also has experience as Senior Legal Counsel at Clear Channel Outdoor, Senior Counsel at PetSmart, and Assistant Vice President and Supervising Counsel at Pep Boys. With a background in Business and Finance, Ellen has a JD cum laude from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a BA in Political Science and History from the University of Delaware.
