McDonald Jean

McDonald Jean has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career at ACS as a Senior Customer Care Specialist before being promoted to a Team Lead position. They then moved on to PAETEC as an Account Executive, where they demonstrated excellent sales and leadership skills. Following that, they worked at Logix Communications as a Senior Account Executive. They then joined FiberLight, LLC as an Account Executive II, responsible for providing mission-critical fiber optic network services. McDonald Jean continued to gain experience in the telecommunications industry at HMS, where they held the role of Program Account Manager II. In this role, they were involved in various aspects of the organization, including financial presentations, data analytics, project management, and client relationships. They further expanded their skill set at CorVel Corporation, where they first served as a National Account Manager, responsible for revenue growth and client stewardship. Later, they became the Vice President of Account Management, overseeing client relations and delivering client-specific reports. Currently, McDonald Jean holds the position of Vice President Client Relations at Vixxo.

McDonald Jean attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University from 1997 to 2005. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a concentration in Public Administration. In addition to their formal education, McDonald Jean also obtained a certification in Speaking Confidently and Effectively from LinkedIn in February 2023.
