Michelle Madretzke

Michelle Madretzke has extensive experience in program management. Michelle worked at Vixxo in an unspecified role, and then joined FM Facility Maintenance in 2001. At FM Facility Maintenance, their most recent position is Program Manager, where they are responsible for understanding the needs of customers and executing programs to support customer relations and growth. Michelle works closely with the Operations Manager to provide clear direction and continuous improvement. Prior to this role, they served as a Field Service Representative, conducting field surveys and audits, as well as safety meetings.

Michelle Madretzke earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology from the State University of New York College at Potsdam from 1987 to 1991. Michelle also participated in a national exchange program at Chico State University in 1989 to 1990, where they continued their studies in the field of Geology/Earth Science.
