Dana Collins

Dana Collins, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer success management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Viz.ai, Dana drives strategic goal execution and leads client onboarding for the Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy product pathway. Previously, Dana held roles at Cleveland Clinic, including Telemedicine Manager for the Neurological Institute, where a significant expansion of telemedicine capabilities occurred in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier career experiences include positions at Black Diamond Video as an Electrical Engineer, collaborating with cardiothoracic surgeons, and with NASA Glenn Research Center as an Electrical Test Engineer. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cleveland State University and an MBA in Health Care Administration/Management from The University of Findlay.
