Kim Brault is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, implementation, and training within the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as a Regional Customer Success Manager at Viz.ai since November 2022, Kim previously held the position of Director of Implementation Services at ProctorU from June 2021 to November 2022. A significant tenure at PerfectServe spanned from April 2001 to May 2021, where numerous roles, including Customer Success Advisor and Sr. Manager of Professional Services, involved enhancing customer satisfaction and team growth while developing implementation methodologies and training programs.
