Mark Laret

Mark Laret serves on the Board of Directors for multiple organizations, including Viz.ai, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, Collective Health, Regard, and the California Health Care Foundation. Laret has been a Senior Advisor at SEMCAP since March 2020 and was a board member of UrgentMED until July 2023. Laret's previous role as President & CEO of UCSF Health from April 2000 to December 2021 involved leading a significant operational and financial turnaround for UCSF Medical Center, earnin,g recognition as a Top 10 U.S. hospital. Laret holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA and a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
