Thanh Tien

Thanh Tien has extensive experience in marketing and account management, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Major Accounts Strategy at eBay Advertising since July 2013. Previously, Thanh held the position of Senior Marketing Manager for Digital Publishing at VIZ Media, focusing on developing comprehensive marketing strategies and enhancing customer satisfaction through UX improvements. Prior roles include Global Marketing Manager at eBay Inc. and Managing Director of the Digital Division at Mobile Solutions Services, JSC, where Thanh led new digital initiatives that established the agency as a top competitor in Vietnam. Thanh's background includes experience at Microsoft, Shutterfly, and Yahoo!, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis and a Certificate in Search Engine Marketing from Berkeley Extension.
