Liz Gurley

Liz Gurley has held various positions in the past 18 years. In 2002, they began their career as a Buyer and Sales Manager at Hyams Garden and Accent Store, where they selected hardscaping inventory, increased sales through customer service, and created eye-catching displays. In 2009, they became a Patient Coordinator at Charleston Physical Therapy, where they acted as a liaison between patients and providers, researched insurance coverage, and updated patient charts. In 2011, they were an Acquisitions Editor at Arcadia Publishing, and in 2013 they became a Senior Development Editor, where they managed up to 80 titles through various stages of the publication process. In 2018, they were Director of Operations and Product Marketing and Project and Customer Success Manager at Vizbii, where they scheduled project outlines, conducted follow-up with partners, and provided post-project follow up with customers.

Liz Gurley graduated from Wheaton College Massachusetts in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies.
