Deborah Johnson

Deborah is Director of Clinical Services and comes to VIZI HEALTHCARE with 3 decades of advancing managerial and administrative experience in critical care and hospital administrative roles.

As a tenured emergency nurse, Deborah brings strong passion and dedication to implement clinical transformation initiatives in the delivery of healthcare to our chronically ill senior populations. Previously, Deborah was key developer of a multi-pharmaceutical research program at Southwest Kidney Institute studying drug outcomes related to ESRD and chronic kidney disease patients.

Additionally, Deborah was House Supervisor at IASIS Healthcare where she led population health management efforts and multiple electronic health record integration programs. Deborah believes in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach to senior care that begins with fostering a trusting, supportive environment to empower the individual and their family’s participation in healthcare. She is meticulous in process and quality improvement in providing patient care, education and program development for precise and timely data measures.

Starting from initial patient contact through the care continuum, Deborah and her team are trained and held to a high standard of dedication to providing outstanding compassion, knowledge and resources to each member under care.
