Mike Waites has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. mike started their career as a Camera Systems Operator at Formula One Management in 2008, where they worked for nearly three years. Following this, they joined Outside Line as a Back End Developer from November 2010 to November 2011. At Outside Line, they contributed to the development of in-house CMS and worked on building large-scale web applications for global brands.

In 2011, Mike joined Poke as a Developer and stayed with the company until December 2012. After that, they moved on to Believe.in, where they served as a Senior Developer from an unknown start date to April 2014.

Most recently, Mike has been associated with Vizibl, where they joined in April 2014 as the Head of Engineering for six years before becoming the Head of Product & Engineering in September 2020. Vizibl is a leading cloud platform that enables organizations to drive growth through Supplier Collaboration & Innovation.

Mike Waites attended The Archbishop Lanfranc from 1997 to 2003, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. From 2001 to 2002, they studied at Carshalton College and obtained an HND degree in Multimedia Web Design.
