Bradley Schultz has extensive work experience in the field of healthcare consulting and operations management. Bradley started their career at GE Healthcare - Performance Solutions, where they served as the Eastern Region Consulting Manager and Master Black Belt, leading a team of consultants and overseeing various client engagements. Following this, Bradley joined Infinity Resources Inc. as the Vice President of Operations & Quality, focusing on retail, wholesale distribution, and direct commerce managed services. Bradley then moved on to Healthcare Performance Partners, where they held multiple roles, including Vice President of Lean Consulting and Director. In these roles, they led transformational engagements to improve quality, patient safety, and operating performance for healthcare institutions across the USA. Currently, Bradley serves as a Principal in the Reliability & Management System division at Vizient, Inc., where they partner with organizations to implement large-scale, high-reliability methods such as Lean and Six Sigma to achieve improved quality, safety, and reliability.

Bradley Schultz holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Operations from Marquette University, which they obtained between 1997 and 1999. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from Cardinal Stritch University between 1993 and 1995.
