Elyse Forkosh Cutler

Elyse Forkosh Cutler currently serves as Vice President of Strategy for Data & Digital at Vizient, Inc. since March 2025. Previously, Elyse held the position of Board President at FMH Foundation from September 1997 to January 2023, where leadership focused on modernizing business and governance processes while implementing strategic initiatives for growth. As Chief Strategy Officer at Ascension from June 2020 to May 2023, Elyse led successful growth efforts that resulted in a $150 million earnings improvement and a market share increase. Additionally, Elyse founded and served as President of Sage Health Strategy from October 2012 until its sale in 2020. Earlier career experience includes holding the role of Senior Fellow at Sg2. Elyse holds an MBA in Strategy and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an MPP in Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago.
