Kati Gustafson-Agoncillo

Kati Gustafson-Agoncillo has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Kati is currently working at Vizient, Inc as the Lead TA Partner for Executive Recruiting. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Citrix, where they held various roles such as Principal Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Advisor and Lead TA Partner for Product, Marketing, Legal, and Transformation. At Citrix, they were involved in executive, strategic, and confidential hiring, as well as advising and leading TA strategy in collaboration with business leaders. Kati also served as the primary TA partner for the business side's Diversity & Inclusion committee. Before joining Citrix, Kati worked at Robert Half International as a Division Director, where they specialized in placements and account management for both corporate and contract organizations. Their expertise includes requisition fulfillment management, recruiting process management, candidate sourcing, and recruiting strategy and process improvement.
