Monica Brown, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Monica started their career at Apple Retail in 2010 as a Family Room Specialist, where they excelled in providing technical support for Apple products and enriching customer experiences. In 2013, Monica joined Cisco Systems as a Business Analyst Global Procurement Services, where they continued to demonstrate their strong analytical skills. In 2013, Monica moved to Kaiser Permanente, where they worked as a Content Analyst Intermediate - Supply Chain Services, further expanding their expertise in the healthcare industry. Since 2015, Monica has been working at Vizient, Inc as a Lead Project Manager, utilizing their project management skills to drive successful outcomes for the organization.

Monica Brown, PMP, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside, which they obtained between 2006 and 2010. In 2015 and 2016, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Operations and Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University. Prior to their higher education, Monica graduated from Folsom High School in 2006, receiving a High School Diploma. Additionally, they obtained the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2017.
