Lindsey Brashear

Lindsey Brashear has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Lindsey is currently working as a Human Resources Business Partner at VIZIO. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Weisser Distributing, Inc. from August 2018 to April 2022. Before that, they worked as the Director of Staff Development at A&B Business Solutions from November 2015 to August 2018. Lindsey also has experience as a Full-Lifecycle Recruiter/HR at Capital One from July 2012 to October 2015, where they hired over 700 employees. Lindsey worked as a Technical Recruiter at Snelling from February 2011 to July 2012, primarily focusing on industrial management, engineering, and IT roles. Additionally, Lindsey served as a Branch Manager at Aventure Staffing & Professional Services, LLC from January 2007 to March 2010, where they successfully grew the branch and established strong client relationships.
