Andrew Carroll

Lead Data Scientist at Vizion

Andrew Carroll has worked in the field of data science for over a decade. In 2006, they began their career as a Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University. In 2012, they became a Postdoctoral Fellow in Mathematics at the University of Missouri, where they taught two courses per semester and researched connections between representation theory of algebras and geometry. From 2014 to 2018, they were an Assistant Professor at DePaul University, where they provided high quality mathematics instruction at all levels and was responsible for instructional design. In 2018, they joined Atrium as a Senior Data Scientist and then a Lead Data Scientist. In 2022, they became a Lead Data Scientist at VIZION.

Andrew Carroll began their educational journey in 2002 when they attended Indiana University Bloomington, where they obtained a Dual Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Cognitive Science in 2006. Andrew then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mathematics from Northeastern University, which they completed in 2012.
